privacy policy

Last updated: August 28, 2026  ·  DRAFT — pending attorney review

This Privacy Policy explains what Light Cave Entertainment LLC, doing business as Frequency ("Frequency," "we," "us"), collects when you use getfrqncy.com (the "Site") and how we use it. The short version: this Site is deliberately light on data collection. We don't run analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party cookies on it.

1. What we collect

2. What we don't do

3. How we use contact information

We use the details you send us to respond to you, discuss a potential engagement, and (if you become a client) to provide the Services under your Client Agreement. We don't add you to marketing lists without asking.

4. Third-party platforms

Our Services run on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Those platforms collect their own data under their own privacy policies when people view distributed content there. This Policy covers only our Site and our direct handling of your information, not third-party platforms.

5. Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, email hosting), under obligations to protect it; if the law requires it; or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, with notice where practicable.

6. Retention and security

We keep contact correspondence for as long as the business relationship or inquiry is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the contact information we hold about you by emailing frequency@lightcave.com. Depending on your state (for example, California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights; we honor verified requests as required by applicable law. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Children

The Site and Services are intended for adults in the music industry. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). Content we distribute on social platforms may be viewed by general audiences, but that content is not directed at collecting data from children.

9. International visitors

We operate from the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, you understand your information will be processed in the U.S. [If Frequency signs EU/UK clients, counsel should confirm GDPR/UK GDPR wording and whether a representative or DPA terms are needed.]

10. Changes

We may update this Policy; the "Last updated" date shows the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.

11. Contact

Privacy questions or requests: frequency@lightcave.com.

Draft prepared for review. Flagged items, plus state-by-state privacy rights language and any GDPR posture, should be confirmed by an attorney before publication.
